Manciano, the administrative capital of inland Maremma and the heart of the Morellino di Scansano DOCG territory, offers dining rooted in the local peasant tradition: acquacotta, pappardelle with wild boar, aged pecorino, all generally accompanied by wines from the neighboring estates.
