A pool at a Tuscan agriturismo is not simply a comfort feature: it is often an infinity pool with panoramic views over the hills of the Maremma, a heated pool at a wine estate where you cool off after a day of sightseeing, or a natural stone pool integrated into the agricultural landscape. In the Tuscan Maremma, summer is hot (35-38°C in July-August) — the agriturismo's pool then becomes an essential feature for enjoying the hottest days without sacrificing the countryside setting.
Our selection of agriturismi with a pool covers different ranges: private pools at high-end properties, pools shared between a few apartments, and natural stone pools integrated into the landscape. Each listing specifies the approximate size, access hours and the presence of supervision. For families with children, we also flag properties with a separate shallow area.
Practical tip: the pools at Maremma agriturismi are often filled from late May onwards and drained in mid-September. Outside these periods, many are not available — check the opening dates with the property if you are travelling in late spring or early autumn.
