Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose, identification of the seller and scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale («GTC») govern the sales of services carried out by FUEGO ONLINE LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, under filing number 2025-001822071, whose sole member is Samuel Bastien, registered with the Internal Revenue Service under EIN number 38-4376275, whose registered office is located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, hereinafter «Toscane Cachée» or «the Seller», operating the website toscane-cachee.com (hereinafter «the Site»). Information relating to the Site's host can be found in the Legal Notice.

Any order placed via the Site implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these GTC, the Client acknowledging having read them before validating their payment. They apply to any order placed via:

The services described in these GTC are intended exclusively for professionals, natural or legal persons acting within the scope of their professional activity (including: owners or managers of tourist establishments, website publishers, agencies, activity organizers). By validating their order, the Client certifies that they are acting in that capacity and not as a consumer within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.

Article 2 — Services offered

Toscane Cachée acts as a content publisher and a listing platform for establishments and activities in Maremma and Southern Tuscany. It does not directly sell accommodation nights or activity tickets ; final bookings, where applicable, are made by the Site visitor directly with the establishments or partner platforms.

2.1 Partnerships Offer (/article-invite/)

  • Inserted link : insertion of a link in an existing article on the Site.
  • Guest article : publication of an article written by the Client.
  • Turnkey article : writing and publication of an article by Toscane Cachée based on the Client's brief.
  • Homepage Highlight Option : box visible on the Site's homepage for 1 month, available subject to a free slot at the time of ordering.

All links provided under this offer are published with the attribute nofollow, with a visible mention «Sponsored article» or «Partner», in accordance with Google's rules on paid links.

2.2 Establishment Listing Offer (/referencer-mon-etablissement/)

  • Agriturismo / Glamping Listing : dedicated page on the Site, lifetime publication.
  • Activity Listing : dedicated page on the Site, lifetime publication.
  • Hotel / Villa / Campsite Card : presence in the Site's accommodation comparison tool, lifetime publication.

These packages include, at Toscane Cachée's editorial discretion: a fixed highlight in the relevant hub, a Pinterest pin, and a possible mention in the blog articles depending on geographical relevance.

Article 3 — Prices

The applicable prices are those displayed on the relevant page at the time of order validation. They are expressed in euros and are all taxes included (ATI) — no additional tax is added at the time of payment. The amount paid by the Client via Stripe corresponds exactly to the ATI price displayed on the Site.

Toscane Cachée reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in force at the time of payment, not the one displayed later.

Article 4 — Order and payment

The Client selects a package, fills in the requested information, then proceeds to payment via Stripe Checkout (secure payment by credit card). The amount paid corresponds exactly to the ATI price displayed on the Site at the time of the order. The order is considered final upon confirmation of payment by Stripe. An invoice is issued automatically for each payment and made available to the Client.

Article 5 — Performance

Toscane Cachée undertakes to perform the ordered service within an indicative period of 7 business days from the validation of payment and, where applicable, from receipt of all the necessary elements (brief, description, visuals) provided by the Client. This period is indicative and exceeding it may not give rise to cancellation or refund, except in the event of total non-performance.

Toscane Cachée reserves the right of editorial refusal on any order whose content, business sector or geographical location would not match the Site's editorial line (see Article 8). In the event of a refusal after payment, the Client is fully refunded.

Article 6 — Cancellation and refund

Since the services offered by Toscane Cachée are reserved for professional clients acting within the scope of their business (see Article 1), the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, which is reserved for consumers, does not apply.

As a commercial gesture, the Client may nevertheless request the cancellation of their order in writing to contact@toscane-cachee.com before the start of performance of the service, for a full refund. Once performance has begun (writing underway, listing in the process of being created), the service is considered non-cancellable, unless Toscane Cachée agrees otherwise.

Article 7 — No guarantee of results

Toscane Cachée provides an editorial visibility service (writing, publication, featuring). It does not guarantee:

  • any specific positioning in search results (Google or other search engines); ;
  • any volume of traffic, bookings or commercial returns for the Client.

Article 8 — Editorial line and right of refusal

Toscane Cachée reserves the right to refuse, before or after payment, any order whose content relates to the following topics: casinos and sports betting, cryptocurrencies, CBD, dating, high-risk financial products, adult content, or any subject outside its editorial line, as well as any illicit, defamatory or hateful content, or content contrary to the laws and regulations applicable in France and the European Union. For the SEO offer, only establishments located in the Maremma and Southern Tuscany are eligible.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

Content written by Toscane Cachée as part of the «Turnkey Article» package or the SEO listings remains the exclusive property of Toscane Cachée and is published on the Site. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, limited to the use of the link and the mention associated with this content, without any right to reproduce, modify or reuse the editorial content outside the Site, except with the prior written consent of Toscane Cachée.

Article 10 — Personal data

Data collected when placing the order (identity, email, information about the establishment, documents/photos sent) is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Site. Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party subcontractor; Toscane Cachée never has access to the Client's banking data.

Toscane Cachée processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Informatique et Libertés). The Client has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, which may be exercised by writing to contact@toscane-cachee.com.

Article 11 — Complaints

Any complaint relating to an order may be sent to contact@toscane-cachee.com. Toscane Cachée undertakes to respond within a reasonable time.

Article 12 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, in the absence of an amicable resolution, fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the place of the registered office of Toscane Cachée.

Article 13 — Modification of the GTC

Toscane Cachée reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The modifications take effect upon their publication on the Website and apply only to orders placed after that date.
