Comment on noteOur opinion
From Porto Santo Stefano, this motorboat opens up cruising through the landscapes of the Argentario and the islands close to the Tuscan coast. With its panoramic flybridge and swimming equipment, it allows you to devote the day to stopovers, sunshine and activities at sea. I recommend it to a small group who wants to enjoy a trip with a skipper, while keeping in mind that fuel is charged as an extra.
This Portofino Marine 11 Fly, built in 2011, is 12 meters long and can accommodate four passengers, with four berths spread over two cabins. Its engines deliver 800 horsepower and the description announces a cruising speed of 25 knots. The flybridge offers a 360° panoramic view while underway; on board, the outdoor space includes a table, speakers, a sun awning and sunbathing areas at the bow and stern. The teak deck, the swim platform, the ladder and the outdoor shower make swimming breaks easier.
To vary the moments on board, the listing also mentions air conditioning, fans, hot water, Wi-Fi and autopilot. Dinghy and outboard motor, masks and snorkels, diving equipment, towable buoy, electric snorkeling buoy, SUP and fishing gear complete the described equipment. An outdoor barbecue is also announced, as well as an SSI diving instructor on board. The rental starts at €1,250 per day; fuel, calculated according to consumption, is not included. The skipper is announced as included in the price. The listing also states that a boating license is required: clarify this point before booking, given the presence of the skipper.
From the port, you can consider a cruise along the coasts of the Argentario, with stops in coves depending on the itinerary and the conditions of the day. Giglio and Giannutri are also island landmarks of this part of Tuscany; visiting them will depend on the agreed program and the weather, it is not guaranteed by the listing. The skipper allows you to enjoy the trip without taking the helm yourself. The displayed rating is 5/5, based on three reviews.
This boat is best suited to four people who want to combine swimming, relaxing on deck and accompanied cruising. In the summer season, it is better to check availability early and specify the desired stopovers as well as the fuel costs. For a day at sea departing from Porto Santo Stefano, it is an option to consider if you are looking for a livable and well-equipped boat for a small group.
