You can buy prosciutto from Cinta Senese DOP directly from producers and at butcher shops in the province of Siena. At Torrita di Siena, Macelleria Belli sells it at its shop, Via Passeggio Garibaldi 55, open Monday to Saturday, 8 am–1 pm and 3 pm–7:30 pm ; it also ships within Italy. Its ham is aged for at least 18 months and the pieces offered online were listed at around 54 à 94 €, depending on their weight: check the price before ordering.
Another option: Renieri, in Poggibonsi, offers its Cinta Senese DOP prosciutto for sale online; contact them before visiting, as their production address is not necessarily a shop open to the public. In the Crete Senesi, Mario Vigni's farm has a small on-farm sales point, but it's best to call before making the trip. To avoid products merely made from pork of this breed, look carefully for the mention "Cinta Senese DOP" on the label, not just "Cinta Senese". If you are elsewhere in Tuscany, the official map of sales points and producers helps you find a nearby address; call to confirm the ham is available, as stocks vary.
