Comment on noteOur opinion
Here, you won't be served Tuscany frozen in time. Enfasi is Maremma cuisine passed through the filter of a modern approach, an address that dares to shake up the classics without betraying them. Expect a genuine proposition, not yet another copy-paste.
The house is known for its Tuscan cuisine, but with a "modern key", as they say. Chef Valerio Bracci works with products from the land and the sea. You'll get to taste dishes that stand out from the ordinary, like their Crème caramel di zucca su crema di peperoni fermentati, with its coffee oil and pumpkin seed and hazelnut crumble. Or a Tartare di manzo al profumo di olivo, with a Tuscan teriyaki, old-fashioned mustard and blueberries in osmosis. It's the kind of plate that proves you can innovate without losing your soul.
The setting is that of a family resort, the Fattoria Maremmana, nestled in the countryside. You're between Grosseto and the sea, with a large outdoor space. The atmosphere is described as traditional and romantic, but without fuss. And for those arriving by car, parking is free and easy, which is always a plus. The staff is often praised for their warmth, a detail that matters when you're looking for a table where you feel good.
If you're looking for Tuscan cuisine that dares, that doesn't just repeat what everyone else does, then Enfasi is a serious option. It's an address where you can feel real intention behind every dish, a desire to surprise with flavors you won't find everywhere. That's why I'm sharing this address with you: for its boldness and its respect for the product, far off the beaten path.
