If you're looking for a truly unique address for a group or family stay, the Villa dei Tre Ulivi is made for you. It's not a hotel, but a high-end private villa with its own 25-meter heated pool and direct sea access, a rarity in the region.
This villa is located in Capalbio, in the Tuscan Maremma, a corner I love. You'll find seven bedrooms and as many bathrooms, enough to comfortably accommodate up to fourteen people. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available everywhere. The large 5,000 m² park offers a lovely space to relax, and good news if you travel with your four-legged companion, pets are welcome.
The main asset is its immediate proximity to the sea, only 700 meters away, with access that seems almost private. You can enjoy the beach and the waters of the Mediterranean without worrying about crowds. The surroundings of Capalbio are also renowned for their landscapes and tranquility.
