What are the villages near Gavorrano?

Very close to Gavorrano, you'll first find the hamlets of the municipality: Bagno di Gavorrano, in the plain, then Ravi and Caldana, small villages on the hills. Giuncarico is a bit further south. For a neighboring village that is not part of the municipality, look at Scarlino, about 5 km as the crow flies from Gavorrano; ; Follonica is about 12 km and Massa Marittima about 14 km. Distances by road are longer and vary depending on your exact starting point.

For a short outing, I would choose Ravi or Caldana, keeping in mind that these are small localities: don't expect to find as many shops or services there as in Follonica. Scarlino is another option for discovering a hilltop village; Massa Marittima, further away, requires more time.
