Sur iPhone, ouvre Settings > General > About, then scroll down to "EID". On Android, the path depends on the manufacturer; look for "EID" in Paramètres, often under "About phone" or "Status". If the EID still can't be found, check that your model supports eSIM: some variants of the same smartphone don't have one. The number may also appear on the original packaging. Don't confuse the EID, the identifier of the eSIM chip, with the IMEI, which identifies the phone.
