Comment on noteOur opinion
If you're looking for an independent base near the sea in Maremma, this apartment at Rocchette is an option to consider. It stands out for its complete equipment including a kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning, offering real autonomy for your holiday.
Il Casale 16 is a tourist apartment located in Castiglione della Pescaia, in the Rocchette area. This two-bedroom accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher, a living area with television, and two bathrooms. You will appreciate the terrace and the free private parking. Pets are also allowed, which is a plus if you travel with your four-legged companion.
The apartment is located about 2 km from the Rocchette beach, ideal for days by the sea. For golf enthusiasts, the Golf Club Punta Ala is about 16 km away. The Maremma Regional Park, offering great opportunities to discover nature, is about 44 km away.
I recommend Il Casale 16 if you prefer the independence of a holiday apartment rather than a hotel with services. It's an excellent option for a family or a small group of friends wanting to explore the Maremma coast at their own pace, with the convenience of a comfortable and well-equipped base close to the beach.
