To get to Tuscany on a budget, first look at Ryanair, easyJet and Wizz Air at the airport of Pisa ; à Florence, the most useful low-cost airlines are rather Volotea and Vueling. Routes and their frequency change with the season, and some destinations are only served a few months a year: check the dates before choosing your airport.
Pour la Maremma, Pisa is often a good compromise between flight options and travel time: allow about 150 km and 1 h 40 to 1 h 50 by car to Grosseto. You can also continue by train from Pisa, with a journey of about 1 h 30 depending on the service. Grosseto Airport has no regular low-cost flights; occasional or seasonal flights may exist, but don't build your itinerary on them without confirmation.
Tickets displayed at low prices don't always include checked cabin baggage, seat selection or payment fees. Compare the total cost, not just the starting fare. If you tell me where you're departing from and where you're staying in Tuscany, I can tell you which airport to look at first.
