What is the distance between Manciano and the Saturnia hot springs?

From the center of Manciano, allow about 12 to 13 km by road up to the Saturnia Thermal Baths, generally 15 to 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic and the exact place you are heading to. The road is short, but it is not a trip to make on foot: the hot springs are outside the village.
