What distance separates Montemerano from the Saturnia thermal baths?

Montemerano is located about 5 to 6 km from the Saturnia thermal baths, generally 8 to 10 minutes by car. The distance depends on the destination: the thermal complex and the Cascate del Mulino, the natural waterfalls with free access, are not exactly in the same place.

From the village, you reach both by following the signs for Saturnia, then those for the thermal baths or the waterfalls. By car, the trip is short, but allow a little more time if you need to find a parking spot, especially during busy periods. If you don't have a car, check the available transport before leaving: in this rural area, travel between villages and thermal sites is not always easy to arrange by bus. For a practical answer, remember about 6 km to the waterfalls and a few minutes of driving from Montemerano.
