Quand voir la Madonna delle Grazie au coucher du soleil ?

À Pitigliano, arrive at the viewpoint of the sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie environ 20 to 30 minutes before sunset : you'll have time to watch the light change on the village before it fades. The sanctuary is located about 1 km from Pitigliano, on the SR74 in the direction of Manciano. The panorama is best enjoyed from outside; the appeal at this hour is above all the view of the perched houses and the tufa cliff.

Times vary a lot depending on the season: as a guide, expect sunset around 8:30–8:50 pm in June and July, compared to approximately 4:40–5:00 pm in December and January.
