Where is the La Maliosa estate located?

The estate La Maliosa is located in the countryside of Saturnia, in the territory of the municipality of Manciano, in the province of Grosseto, in Maremma, in southern Tuscany. Its address is Località Podere Monte Cavallo, 58014 Saturnia. It is near the village and the hot springs of Saturnia, but not in the center: the estate is set apart, in the hills.

To get there, plan on a car: the final access includes about 1.2 km of unpaved road, indicated by a red sign. This detail matters if you arrive in a low car or if you drive after heavy rains. The property is sometimes confused with the accommodations and the wine bar associated with La Maliosa, located in the village of Saturnia; they are not the same place as the agricultural estate. If you visit the Cascate del Mulino, they are in the Saturnia area, but check the route from the estate before leaving: local roads can make the trip less direct than it appears on a map.
