How far from the sea is Cinigiano?

Cinigiano is located about 50 to 60 km from the coast by road : allow aroundone hour by car to reach the beaches of Marina di Grosseto, depending on your starting point and traffic. Castiglione della Pescaia is a bit farther away, at about 60 km, which generally means a little over an hour of travel.

The village is therefore in the hinterland, not by the sea: a beach day is entirely possible, but the round trips take time. The car is the most practical option. There are buses between Cinigiano and Grosseto, but then reaching the coast requires checking connections and schedules, which can vary depending on the period. If you want to spend several days at the beach or go there every day without a car, Cinigiano is not the most convenient base.
