Comment on noteOur opinion
From the port of Scarlino, this 15-meter motorboat opens up a lovely day of sailing along the Maremma coast and towards the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. I recommend it if you want to alternate between swimming, exploring the seabed and relaxing moments on board, without giving up the comfort of a large yacht.
This Jeanneau Prestige 500, built in 2016, has a power of 870 hp and can accommodate up to 12 passengers. The listing indicates three cabins and five berths for the rental; the description also specifies three cabins with double beds, a sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower. For a day trip, it mentions up to 12 people, plus two crew members: it is best to check the exact configuration if you plan to sleep on board.
Air conditioning, hot water, bedding and the equipped kitchen make the breaks more enjoyable. On the flybridge, a sunbathing area, a corner sofa, a table and a barbecue with sink invite you to have lunch facing the sea. You will also find a tender with its engine, a paddleboard, masks and snorkels, diving equipment, an outdoor shower, a swimming platform, a sun awning, an autopilot and outdoor speakers. The recorded rate starts at €1,300 per day; the rating displayed is 5/5 based on five reviews.
From Scarlino, you can consider cruising along the coast towards Cala Violina or, depending on conditions and the agreed itinerary, setting course for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, or further south towards Talamone and the Argentario. These stops are not guaranteed by the listing: they depend on the duration, the weather and the chosen program. The description provides for the presence of a skipper and a crew member; it also mentions Fabio's experience as a diving and freediving instructor, who can accompany the exploration of the seabed. However, the listing states "boat license required": have this point confirmed before booking.
This rental is for those who want to enjoy the sea as a group, with water activities and real spaces to relax. In the summer season, I advise you to plan ahead and specify from the first exchange whether you want to sail to an island or prefer the coves along the coast.
