The "Splendid cottage on Tuscan Sea" is a charming secluded cottage located on the Monte Argentario promontory, in Tuscany, offering breathtaking views of the sea. It is located in Porto Santo Stefano, on Via del Campone s.n.c. This detached accommodation is nestled in a pleasant natural setting, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with century-old olive trees, laurels and various plants. The cottage is decorated with Vietri tiles and Tuscan cotto, and was designed in the 1950s by a renowned architect to blend harmoniously into the surrounding nature.

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a coffee machine, and a bathroom. Separately, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (without shower). The garden is furnished with outdoor furniture for meals and for enjoying evenings with colorful sunsets. Possible nearby activities include cycling, hiking, windsurfing, diving and snorkeling. It is important to note that pets are not allowed and the property is non-smoking.
