I can't give you the market days "near you" without knowing your town: in Tuscany, they change from one city to another. As reference points, Siena holds its weekly market on Wednesday morning, de 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the viale XXV Aprile area. In Grosseto, the weekly market takes place on Thursday. These are city markets, not a calendar valid for the whole region.
Markets are generally held in the morning, but the day, location and hours may change on public holidays; some coastal markets are also seasonal. To give you the options that are truly close, tell me the name of the town or village where you are staying — or a nearby place. I can then tell you the market days and, if possible, the best time to go.
