I would choose theAgriristoro Oasi San Jacopo, at 6 km from Grosseto, if you want to eat at an agriturismo without going far from the city. But let's be honest: it's not the ideal place for a lunch rushed through in half an hour. The meal is served as a menu fixe, and lunch is by reservation.
Allow about 20 € per person for the meat menu or 25 € for the fish one, water and cover charge included; wine is extra. There is no fixed menu: dishes vary according to the season and available produce. It's convenient if you accept being served whatever is planned, less so if you want to choose a dish quickly or control your departure time. Call before leaving to confirm they are actually serving that day and mention that you're in a hurry. If you only have a short break, a trattoria in town will probably be more suitable than an agriturismo.
