If you're looking for the paths carved into the tuff that are associated with the Etruscans, they are located in southern Tuscany, around Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano, in Maremma. They are called the vie cave : these are passages cut into the rock, accessible on foot and connected to archaeological sites and villages. It is not a single continuous path officially named the "Path of the Etruscans", but several local routes. To place them in context, you can consult our guide to Etruscan heritage in Maremma.
For a walk, look at the Via Cava del Cavone at Sovana or the trails of the Archaeological Park of Città del Tufo, near Sorano. Depending on the route chosen, generally allow a few hours ; the paths can be uneven, damp or slippery, especially after rain, so good shoes are useful. Watch out for a possible confusion: there is also a Via degli Etruschi qui part d’Artimino, near Prato, and crosses the hills towards the Apennines. It is not the same area as the vie cave of Maremma.
