Where to stay to visit Pitigliano and Sovana without changing hotels?

To visit both without changing hotels, stay in Pitigliano : you'll find more rooms and restaurants there, and Sovana is only about 7 km, i.e. 10 to 15 minutes by car. It's the simplest choice if you want to dine in the village in the evening rather than drive back after a day of sightseeing.

If you prefer peace and quiet, look for an agriturismo in the countryside between Pitigliano and Sovana ; you'll stay within a short distance of both, but a car will be essential and you'll need to check access, parking and meal times before booking. Staying in Sovana fonctionne aussi, mais le village est minuscule : le soir, les options sur place sont plus limitées.
