How do you get to Marina di Alberese by car?

By car, exit at theAurelia (SS1) à la sortie Rispescia–Alberese if you're coming from the north, or at the exit Alberese if you're coming from the south, then follow the signs for Alberese and Marina di Alberese. Once past the hamlet of Alberese, allow about 9 km to reach the beach, via the Spergolaia road and the Mare road.

You will pass through a barrier at Vaccareccia, then there will be about 3 km left to the parking lot near the beach. In October 2026, the barriers open at 7 h 15 et ferment à 19 h 45 until October 24; from October 25 to November 1, they close at 18 h. Check the schedule displayed on site and leave before closing: don't expect to be able to leave at any time.

Parking is regulated during the season and may be paid; the number of spaces is limited, with longer waits on weekends and in summer. If the parking lot is full, do not park on unauthorized shoulders: head back towards Alberese or Rispescia and check whether a shuttle is running that day. The last stretch crosses the park, so respect the signage and the indicated directions of traffic.
