A Cantina Sociale, in Maremma, is a wine cooperative. Several small producers pool their grapes and their resources to produce and market wine. For you, traveler, it often means excellent value for money. There you will find authentic local wines, sometimes crus that you won't unearth anywhere else. It's the opportunity to taste the production of several winegrowers without multiplying visits, and to buy directly, at prices often gentler than in shops, the fruit of the collective work of part of the territory.
