If you're looking for an intimate and upscale pied-à-terre in Pitigliano, Neoclassico by Tiziana Monaldi is an address worth considering. It's a 4-star guest house with only three rooms, offering a direct view over the town, which is quite unique for this capacity.
This establishment is a 4-star guesthouse, located at 60/B Piazza San Gregorio VII, right in Pitigliano itself. You'll be about 500 metres from the town centre, which is convenient for exploring on foot. Each unit is air-conditioned and has its own private entrance, ensuring a certain peace and quiet. Breakfast is included, with à la carte and Italian options, and you get free private parking on site, which is a real plus in this region.
As for sightseeing, the Alberto Manzi open-air Archaeological Museum is very close by. If you have a car, the Orsini Fortress is about 7 km away, and the famous Saturnia Thermal Baths (Cascate del Mulino) are about 23 km away, perfect for a relaxing outing.
