How to get to Lake Accesa'?

The easiest way to reach the Lake Accesais by car: from Follonica, allow about 18 km and 20 to 25 minutes. Head towards Massa Marittima via the SR 439, then follow the signs to the lake near Valpiana. On arriving at the hamlet of La Pesta, follow the signs for the lake and take the short unpaved road leading to the car park. From Massa Marittima, the lake is about 10 km.

The car park is close to the shore, but spaces may be limited in the immediate vicinity; in summer, it's best to arrive early. Depending on where you park, allow a few minutes on foot to reach the water. Without a car, it's less convenient: you can take a bus from Follonica towards Valpiana, puis continuer en taxi, mais il n’y a pas de liaison directe jusqu’au lac. Vérifie les horaires le jour même et organise le trajet retour en taxi à l’avance, car tu ne peux pas compter sur un passage fréquent.
