If you're looking for a simple, central place to stay in Porto Santo Stefano, this hotel with 17 rooms is an interesting option. It stands out for its immediate location near the port and the possibility of having a sea view from certain rooms, an asset for this positioning.
Hotel Alfiero is an old building, dating from the early 1900s, spread over three floors. It offers a simple but clean standard, ideal for a functional stay. All rooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is free. Breakfast is included, which is convenient to start the day. On the other hand, there is no pool and public parking nearby is paid.
Located right in the town center of Porto Santo Stefano, this hotel is right next to the ferry terminal for Giglio Island. It's an ideal starting point if you're planning an excursion. You'll find a bar/lounge on site, but no restaurant as such.
I'm sharing this address with you if you prioritize location and convenience for exploring Monte Argentario and the surrounding islands, without looking for great luxury.
