The Rocchette Apartment is located on the outskirts of the seaside resort of Castiglione della Pescaia, in Tuscany, in a small pine wood, just 20 metres from the sandy beach of the Le Rocchette bay. This beach, awarded the «Bandiera Blu» eco-label, is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts such as surfing and windsurfing. The apartment is part of a small fenced residential complex of 12 units, two of which are rented seasonally. Each accommodation has a private entrance and a private garden, ensuring great privacy despite the direct proximity to the beach.

The apartment, with an area of approximately 80 m², can accommodate up to 4 people. It includes a living room with a sofa corner and a dining area on the wooden veranda, a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, outdoor fridge-freezer, washing machine), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and access to the terrace, the other with bunk beds) and a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. Fly screens, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are also available. The centre of Castiglione della Pescaia is about 6 km away and can be reached by bike or bus. A mini-market is accessible on foot at the neighbouring campsite during the summer months.
