For a rural glamping site with Wi-Fi advertised directly in the tent, first look at Le Tegole, in Riparbella, in the hills of the Val di Cecina: the tents have Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a private bathroom. Access includes an uphill road, of which about 3 km after the main road. Another option in Maremma: Serraiola Alta, which offers glamping tents and advertises free Wi-Fi. However, the property does not clearly specify whether the signal is as good in each tent as at reception or in the common areas.
I prefer to be cautious with the word «stable»: advertising Wi-Fi guarantees neither a consistent speed nor video calls without interruptions, especially in rural areas. Before booking, ask for the measured speed in the tent (download and upload), whether the network is shared among many accommodations, and whether video calls work during peak hours. If you need to work every day, also plan for an Italian SIM card with plenty of data as a backup and check mobile coverage at the exact address. For a mostly tourist stay, these two places seem suitable; for remote work with important meetings, do not book without recent, specific confirmation.
