The thermal baths of Saturnia are located in Maremma, in southern Tuscany, near the village of Saturnia, in the municipality of Manciano, province of Grosseto. The best-known natural pools, the Cascate del Mulino — also called Cascate del Gorello — are about 2 km from the village, along the road between Saturnia and Manciano.
Not to be confused with the paid thermal park of the Terme di Saturnia facility: the natural waterfalls are outdoors and access is free. The sulfurous water emerges at about 37.5 °C. It is a rural area: the car is generally the easiest way to get there, and you should plan for a bit of walking from the parking. The smell of sulfur is definitely present, and the pools can be very crowded, especially in high season.
