The verdict
Holiday takes the lead
Holiday scores 7,5/10, ahead of Pbeach (5,9). A restaurant on the shores of Lake Bolsena, with a panoramic terrace, a section "Dal nostro lago" (coregone, lombrichelli) and an average check of €30 per person. The menu remains essentially generic Italian fare: pinse, cacio e pepe, fried dishes and classic pastas.
Choose Holiday if…
- you want the safest value in the duel: best overall score (7,5), level with or ahead on rapport qualité/prix et typicité locale
- you prioritise typicité locale (7,2 vs 6,2) : Section "Dal nostro lago" (coregone, lombrichelli) and salumi e formaggi del territorio at €22: a real but partial anchoring, the rest being generic Italian.
- you trust travellers: 9,3/10 from 94 reviews, the best rating in the head-to-head
Choose Pbeach if…
- your budget matters: from €21 / pers., the lowest price in the head-to-head
Its weak point in this head-to-head: typicité locale (6,2). Generic Italian menu (amatriciana, cotoletta); only the coregone carpaccio and the polpette di lago show a local lakeside connection.
