The verdict
La Querce takes the lead
La Querce scores 8,1/10, ahead of Bonanotte B&B (7,7), Turchetti's Rooms (7,3) et Isolotto Guest House (7,1). A hotel of nine Junior Suites set in a renovated 1930s inn, at the entrance to the old village of San Casciano dei Bagni, 1 km from the Fonteverde thermal centre. Pool and parking are not specified; the great Tuscan sites are 15-40 minutes away by car.
Choose Bonanotte B&B if…
- you prioritise confort & équipements (8,2 vs 7,6) : Air-conditioned rooms, soundproofed windows, flat-screen TV, bathrobes and hairdryer; free wifi, shared lounge, bicycle rental. No pool.
- you prioritise emplacement (8,4 vs 8,1) : On Corso Italia, in the historic center of Orbetello: Concattedrale 5 minutes on foot, Molino Spagnolo and Piazza Giovanni Paolo II 300 m away.
Its weak point in this head-to-head: rapport qualité/prix (5,8). At €378 per night, the B&B offer (breakfast, wifi, air conditioning, parking via ZTL permit) remains expensive for an establishment without a pool.
Choose Isolotto Guest House if…
- une petite guest house via Caravaggio, à 200 m du centre de Porto Ercole et 1,3 km de la Spiaggia Le Viste, avec petit-déjeuner, parking gratuit, WiFi et climatisation

- you care about spa et vue sur les collines: amenities that only this listing mentions
Its weak point in this head-to-head: confort & équipements (7,6). Nine Junior Suites with sitting area, minibar, wifi and air conditioning, self-sufficient; breakfast, restaurant and spa mentioned. Pool and parking not specified.
Choose Turchetti's Rooms if…
- a renovated Bed & Breakfast steps from the port of Porto Ercole, with air conditioning, parking and breakfast, some rooms with a balcony or kitchenette
