Arriving at La Collina, barely a breath of wind from Pienza, I am immediately enveloped by the serenity of the place. This farm hotel, perched on its hill, offers a breathtaking view over the endless undulations of the Tuscan countryside. The architecture is that of a traditional country house, with its walls patinated by the sun and its large Italian-style garden, dotted with olive trees, which invites you to stroll.
