Where is the Capalbio equestrian center located?

The Circolo Scuola Cavalcanti di Maremma, the riding center generally associated with Capalbio, is located in the area of the Charcoal kiln, on the old sports ground of the village of Capalbio. It is about 700 meters from the historic center : so you can get there on foot from the village, or by car. It is not an establishment located on the beach nor in Capalbio Scalo.

To find it on a map, search instead for “Circolo Cavalcanti di Maremma” or “ex campo sportivo di Capalbio” rather than “Capalbio riding center”, which can refer to several places. There are also other stables in the municipality, notably towards the Via Pedemontana. The address and activity information online are not always consistent; it is better to confirm the meeting place and availability directly before setting off, especially if you are booking a ride. The Cavalcanti center is in the village, inland, and not on the coast.
