Le Toscana IGT 2017 d'Il Borro, lui, s'adresse aux amateurs de reconnaissance : ses trois bicchieri et ses 90 points multiples justifient un budget plus élevé, mais son caractère bordelais et son ancrage IGT sans précision le rendent moins typique, idéal pour une table d'initiés plutôt que pour une découverte du Valdarno.
