The motorboat remains the simplest way to discover the Maremma coast on your own: morning departure from Porto Ercole, Talamone or Castiglione della Pescaia, swimming in coves inaccessible on foot, return to port at the end of the day. Models from 6 to 8 meters accommodate 6 to 10 people and can be rented by the day or half-day.
Above 40 horsepower, a boating license is mandatory in Italy; below that, rental is possible without a license after a briefing at the pontoon. The «License» filter on this page lets you keep only the boats accessible without a license.
