I'm sharing this address with you: it's not a classic hotel, but an Interhome holiday villa, renovated in 2025. It is nestled in the heart of the village of Montiano, offering a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside, while remaining peaceful.
This 200 m² holiday home, spread over two levels, has six rooms including three double bedrooms. It is located in the centre of Montiano, a municipality of Orbetello. Despite its central location, the atmosphere is peaceful. You will find private parking for two vehicles, and public parking spaces are also available on the street.
As for amenities, everything is within reach: a grocery store 80 metres away, a bar 30 metres away and a restaurant 100 metres away. The bus stop is only 50 metres away, which is convenient for exploring the surroundings. The sea and the beach are 16 km away, easily accessible for a day of swimming.
This villa is ideal if you are looking for a comfortable and self-sufficient base for exploring the Tuscan Maremma.
