For a guided dive into a flooded cave in Tuscany, book with the team at Grotta Giusti Diving, at Monsummano Terme, near Pistoia. Their "spa diving" takes place in an underground thermal water lake at 34 °C ; the activity is offered by appointment and a basic diving certification, such as Open Water or equivalent, is required. The package is listed at 150 € for about 90 minutes, but check the price and time slots when booking: availability may vary.
Note, to avoid a misunderstanding: this is not a technical subaquatic caving trip. You explore a cavity supervised by guides, without independent diving; the team provides the specific equipment. The center describes a dive that can reach 18 to 20 meters, with a small group accompanied by guides. If you are instead looking for sea caves near theArgentario, the Giglio or Giannutri, contact a local diving club: some trips explore coastal cavities, but it is not necessarily true caving and access depends on your level, the conditions and the site. Make it clear that you want a cave dive, not just a dive over a rocky bottom.
