How do you get to the Mill Waterfalls?

To get to Mill Waterfalls, drive to Molino del Bagno 9/a, near Saturnia, then finish on foot from the parking lot, located about 300 m. The waterfalls are located along the SP10, between Montemerano and Saturnia, in the municipality of Manciano. Follow the signs for "Cascate del Mulino" or enter the address into your GPS. In this part of Maremma, the car is by far the easiest option; public transport does not take you directly to the site, so check local connections if you are traveling without a car.

Access to the natural pools is free and possible all year round, but the parking lot can be busy, especially on weekends and in summer. It is listed as unsupervised: do not leave anything visible in your car. Allow a few minutes of walking and wear shoes that hold well on your feet, as the rock and the surroundings of the pools can be slippery. On site, there are none of the facilities of a spa establishment — remember to bring a towel, water and a change of clothes. Do not confuse it with the paid thermal park of Terme di Saturnia, which is a different site.

The charm of the Mill Waterfalls lies in this contrast between the nearby road and the pools that seem carved by the water: keep a moment to look at them before dashing off for a swim.
