How far in advance should you book Maremma Park?

For an independent visit to the Maremma Park, you can buy your ticket online up until midnight the day before : generally, there's no need to book several weeks in advance. You can also buy the ticket at the Alberese visitor centre, but during busy periods, it's best not to count on guaranteed availability for the route you want to take.

In summer, part of the trails can only be visited with a guide and by reservation; since places and departure days are limited, book as soon as your dates are set, rather than waiting until the last minute. Some routes remain accessible without a guide. For a group of 20 people or more, booking and being accompanied by a guide are mandatory, whatever the season. The entrance ticket currently costs about 5 to 10 € per adult, depending on the route; check the conditions for your chosen trail before setting off.
