Each bunch is hand-picked, then undergoes delicate pressing. Vinification takes place in French and Hungarian barrels, followed by 14 months of aging in these same casks. This meticulous process allows the Sangiovese to fully express its character, capturing the very essence of this unique terroir.
To the eye, this Chianti Classico Gran Selezione presents itself in a dense ruby red robe, sprinkled with garnet reflections, a promise of beautiful maturity.
